Part‑time Senior Brand Ambassador – bring our brand to life in the store and deliver an amazing shopping experience to every guest.

Responsibilities
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model and a friends‑first mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and recommend items that fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
Flex between salesfloor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Support team members in a team-oriented environment.
Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Enjoy interacting with people and bringing energy to a fast‑paced setting.
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop.
Familiarity with AE and Aerie products.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Minimum age 18 years.
