Your role also involves conducting home visits for service oversight and engagement with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Nursing and Rehabilitation Coordinators' daily operations
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and coverage




• Conduct bi-weekly home visits for service quality assurance
• Act as primary contact for client and operational escalations
• Facilitate department meetings with clinical leads
Requirements:
• 5+ years in healthcare management, home care supervisory experience mandatory
• Post-secondary diploma or degree required
• Familiarity with Ontario Health @Home is an asset
• Robust leadership and problem-solving skills
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
