In this pivotal role, you will own the accounting processes for Hiive's fund activities as we scale our operations. Your expertise will ensure fund financial accuracy, support audits, and enhance the accounting infrastructure to meet increased transaction volumes. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the fund accounting team and collaborate cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee post-close accounting for fund records and financial statement prep • Develop documentation for fund-ledgers and NAV calculations • Manage annual audit processes and regulatory reporting • Distribute K-1 forms to investors • Champion fund valuation accuracy and audit compliance

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in fund accounting or administration • Proficient in preparing financial statements for audits • Solid understanding of NAV calculations and capital distributions • CPA designation is mandatory • Experience in fintech or regulated financial services
