Reporting to the Manager of University Support Services, you will provide essential guidance to individuals affected by sexual violence and collaborate with various stakeholders to foster a supportive workplace. You will be at the forefront of developing effective prevention strategies that align with the University’s Sexual Violence/Misconduct Policy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as contact for individuals affected by sexual violence • Develop education and prevention strategies for campus • Collaborate with university units for effective outreach • Enhance existing programs and initiatives around sexual violence • Handle additional related tasks as required
Requirements: • Graduate degree in Psychology or Social Work preferred • 5+ years experience supporting survivors of sexual violence • Experience in education sectors and violence prevention • Solid communication skills and networking ability • Knowledge of trauma-informed support strategies
