Ledcor Highways Ltd. is searching for dedicated individuals to join our road maintenance team across Ontario. As a Maintenance Operator, you will ensure secure highway conditions while operating snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment. Your efforts will contribute to year-round highway maintenance, including pothole repairs and guardrail maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and heavy equipment
• Maintain Ontario Provincial Highways year-round
• Assist in various maintenance tasks when needed




• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Adhere to safety protocols in all operations
Requirements:
• Valid AZ or DZ driver's license with air endorsement
• Physically fit to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Previous heavy equipment operation experience preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including nights
• Provide a 3-year commercial driver's abstract
