Eventscape, a leader in architectural innovation, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support multiple manufacturing sites across the U.S. and Canada. This hands-on role will shape HR strategy while engaging with teams to enhance employee performance.

As the HR Manager, you will partner closely with operations and plant leadership to support workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement across diverse locations. The role requires solid HR knowledge, focusing on compliance, staffing, and development while leading change initiatives and integrations for recent acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:



• Serve as HR business partner to operations leadership • Oversee HR activities ensuring labor law compliance • Drive workforce planning and talent development • Support continuous improvement and change initiatives • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field • 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing • Knowledge of Ontario and federal employment laws • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office • Experience with post-acquisition HR integration
