As a crucial part of the Broadcast Operations team, you will direct various live and pre-taped shows for on-air and online formats. This role requires solid leadership in both automated control room settings and effective collaboration with producers and reporters. You will ensure high production standards are maintained while coordinating live events remotely when needed.

Key Responsibilities:



• Direct live and pre-taped programming for multiple platforms • Perform technical checks and operate robotic cameras and audio boards • Collaborate with producers and anchors on show rundowns • Provide leadership and direction to technical teams • Maintain production quality across all broadcasts

Requirements: • Diploma or degree in Broadcast Technology or related field • Minimum 2 years of control room experience as a Director • Familiarity with automated directing using Mosart or Overdrive • Ability to manage multiple broadcast deadlines calmly • Knowledge of lighting and newsroom management systems
