Job Overview

This is an interview position. The role involves ensuring timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes. Responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service to our client base. Versatile shift opportunities will be determined based on business requirements.

Responsibilities
Review orders before delivery
Load and unload delivery vehicles
Deliver packages to customers on assigned routes
Provide excellent customer service to clients

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or educational equivalent.
Licensing: Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.
Experience: None required; preferred one (1) year customer-oriented business experience.
Learning and Adaptation: 3 months to learn or adjust to the job.
Bilingual Requirement: In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English).
Technical Skills:



Solid knowledge of FedEx Canada operations an asset; ability to complete mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training and recurrence training.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 70 lbs.
Interpersonal Skills: Good communication, time‑management and organizational skills; excellent customer service. Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured workplace.
