In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering and manufacturing. You will ensure parts are manufacturable and develop detailed plans while meeting strict quality standards. A key aspect of the position includes evaluating subcontractors and collaborating with internal teams to solve technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review engineering drawings for manufacturability
• Develop manufacturing plans and process flows
• Source and evaluate subcontractors, including quotes
• Manage logistics for subcontracting and compliance
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams on solutions
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience in relevant settings
• Solid ability to read engineering drawings
• Solid understanding of production planning processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems
