Polar Racking Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Solar Racking Systems to oversee projects in the renewable energy sector. Lead cross-functional teams while managing the entire program lifecycle from concept to completion.
In this role, you will manage solar racking systems projects, including single-axis trackers and fixed tilt installations. With at least three years of solar project management experience, you will ensure compliance with customer requirements and maintain communication with stakeholders. Your expertise will help drive performance and innovation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the lifecycle of solar racking system projects
• Verify racking designs to meet customer specifications




• Coordinate vendor activities to achieve quality targets
• Develop and improve installation manuals with engineering
• Provide technical support for continuous product improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management
• At least 3 years in solar project management
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• PMP certification is an asset
