SAP Training Manager (12‑month contract) DELAN – IT Talent Hunters is looking for an experienced SAP Training Manager to oversee training for SAP implementations.

Mandate

Develop the training strategy (target audiences, deliverables, tools, methods, etc.).

Create training plans, schedules and coordinate the training and design team.

Ensure project success by providing necessary equipment, environment, trainers, and logistics.

Act as an integral part of the Change Management team.

Profile

5+ years of experience as a Training Manager.

Experience in SAP implementations.

Positive knowledge of datasets and testing environment management.

Qualified experience in large company settings.

Team-oriented spirit and strong communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in management, communications, computer science or equivalent.

Bilingual (French & English) required.
