Kelly, in partnership with Johnson & Johnson, is hiring a Compliance Specialist The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all promotional and non-promotional materials used in the commercial support of products comply with Company policies, Health Canada regulations, and industry standards. This individual ensures that materials are reviewed, approved, and produced in accordance with relevant Material Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining robust compliance at all stages.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Coordinate and manage the material review process for a portfolio of products, ensuring all materials are compliant before approval and distribution.

Assess each project prior to the review cycle to confirm alignment with SOPs and adherence to Health Canada, PAAB, IMC, and HCC guidelines.





Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with SOPs to support audit readiness and traceability.

Provide departmental and project support as required, with a focus on upholding regulatory and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., compliance, regulatory affairs).

Experience with Salesforce and Veeva.

Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Canadian regulations, including PAAB, IMC, ASC, and Health Canada requirements.

Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Ability to thrive in a matrixed setting.
