In this full time role at the Toby & Henry Battle Developmental Centre, you'll lead a team dedicated to the care and support of community integration and adult living. Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in developmental disabilities
• Proven leadership skills in supervising staff
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Robust verbal and written communication skills in English
