In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing advocacy initiatives, educational programs, and community engagement activities in line with Aura Freedom’s mission. With a strong emphasis on public education, your contributions will help inform and empower communities while addressing critical issues surrounding human trafficking and gender-based violence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and implement advocacy initiatives and education programs
• Develop toolkits and training materials for community use




• Conduct research to support advocacy and policy recommendations
• Foster relationships with community organizations and stakeholders
• Assist with program evaluations to enhance effectiveness
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in advocacy or research
• Knowledge of intersectional feminism and human rights
• Solid presentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
