Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in full cycle recruitment for various roles
• Establish strong relationships with hiring managers




• Define open role requirements alongside management
• Use ATS and CRM for tracking applicant progress
• Participate in recruitment-driven projects and campaigns
Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in national or multi-location recruiting
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies
• Ability to work hybrid with flexibility
• Bilingual (English and French)
