This full-time role is based in the GTA, ON, focusing on developing superior products for retail markets. You will engage from concept design to production testing, ensuring optimal performance through effective feedback integration. Your mechanical curiosity and hands-on approach will be key in implementing improvements based on testing and customer input.
Key Responsibilities:
• Test products and track performance results
• Inspect samples and finished items thoroughly
• Develop quality checklists and documentation
• Investigate issues and propose practical solutions
• Collaborate with designers for impactful changes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant product development experience
• Familiarity with SolidWorks and CAD tools
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an asset
