In this vital specialist role, you'll report directly to the Human Resources Director. You will handle the end-to-end Return-to-Work (RTW) processes ensuring a protected employee integration back to work after medical leave. Your initiative and problem-solving skills will help identify improvement areas and create customized accommodation solutions to benefit employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full Return-to-Work and Stay-at-Work processes
• Complete case intakes and assessments
• Coordinate modified duties with operations teams
• Maintain regular communication with returning employees
• Ensure compliance with legislative and reporting requirements
Requirements:
• 2–5 years' experience in RTW coordination
• Strong understanding of accommodation principles
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
