Overview

Our Member Sales Advisors are "people persons" to their core, motivated by helping others, passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles. As part of the sales team, you will be the first point of contact for new members along their journey to transform their lives. You will work across fitness, racquet sports, and spa and support all aspects of the new member experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate and sell memberships in a consultative manner.
- Meet sales goals and generate leads through prospecting, networking, and member referrals.
- Promote and attend club social events.
- Serve as club ambassador to local businesses, corporations, and community members.
- Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members.

Qualifications

- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for helping others improve the quality of their lives.
- A willingness to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.
