Join The Neighborhood at Priceville as a Wellness Nurse, overseeing resident health and wellbeing during overnight shifts. Provide essential medication care and leadership in resident services.
This LPN role reports to the Wellness Director and is critical for monitoring residents' needs using Personalized Service Plans. Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining clinical quality, and communicating effectively with families and support services. Your leadership skills will help enhance the overall wellness of the residents, ensuring they receive comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor resident health and wellbeing through assessments
• Ensure documentation for changes in clinical care needs




• Assist with monthly wellness visits and updates
• Inform leadership of medication or service level changes
• Support direct resident care when needed
Requirements:
• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• One year of experience with elders or disabled individuals
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities necessary
• Knowledge of Assisted Living and Dementia preferred
• Versatile availability for weekend and evening shifts
