As a Senior IT Workforce Architect, you will report to the Sr. Director of IT Workforce Enablement. Your responsibilities include leading workforce planning, developing capability roadmaps, and executing learning strategies. Collaborating with EIT leadership and technical experts will be vital in aligning workforce initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic workforce planning and skill gap assessments
• Develop and execute workforce strategies and initiatives
• Drive job architecture for organizational needs
• Assess AI impact on workforce capabilities
• Partner with leadership to create practical workforce solutions
Requirements:
• Experience in workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness
• Background in People & Culture or IT/Technology
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital transformation
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence leadership
