The VP, Finance will be the senior leader responsible for oversight on the entire accounting & finance function within the company within multiple business units including financial strategy, commercial governance, and overall profitability. Reporting to the Owner and CFO, this role serves as a key strategic partner and oversees financial reporting, planning cash flow management, inventory management, strategies, and control. The position also supports pricing strategy, incentive and residual value management, and full lifecycle profitability. It requires strong multi-location retailer experience and the ability to influence decisions across functions including Sales, Marketing, Product, After-Sales, and related areas.Responsibilities




Act as a finance business partner across the company's multiple businessesExecute company's financial strategy including financial reporting, cash flow management, inventory & profitability analysis strategic decisions, budgeting, and forecastingLead financial modeling and build-out of corporate plansOversee the consolidation of full P&Ls;, including G&A; oversight and cross-divisional performance integrationGuide business decisions through structured financial framing, KPI alignment, and disciplined performance trackingDevelop and monitor enterprise KPIs that drive strategic accountability across departments.Qualifications
9+ years of progressive accounting & finance experience including reporting, FP&A;, strategic finance, inventory and pricing5+ years of retail industry (preferably luxury) experience with multi-location company5+ years of management experience;
asset if in the automotive spaceCPA is a mustStrong retail experienceOverseeing the entire P&L; across all business unitsStrong communicator with an analytical mindset
