In this full time role, you will own supply planning for a broad SKU portfolio, ensuring demand forecast accuracy and managing vendor performance. With a deep understanding of supply planning for Consumer Packaged Goods, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing revenue and customer service outcomes. You will collaborate with multiple teams and lead the supply planning process to support SmartSweets' mission to Kick Sugar, Keep Candy!

Key Responsibilities:



• Own a 12-month rolling supply plan for all SKUs • Optimize production capability through capacity analysis • Oversee purchase orders for external manufacturing partners • Lead analysis for recent product launches and promotions • Manage master-data integrity for recent SKU setups

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field • 5–7 years of experience in supply planning • Strong knowledge of inventory optimization practices • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
