Three Farmers Foods is looking for an organized, energetic HR Coordinator to support our growing manufacturing team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, compliance, and HR administration while helping create a positive employee experience.

What You'll Do Coordinate recruitment, interviews, reference checks, offers, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel files.
Respond to employee HR inquiries and support attendance, performance, and accommodation processes.
Prepare HR correspondence including employment letters and status changes.
Coordinate employee training, maintain training records, and assist with WCB and return-to-work administration.
Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications.
Prepare HR reports, maintain HR databases,



and assist with audits and compliance activities.
What You' ll Bring Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
46 years of HR or administrative experience, ideally in manufacturing, production, or industrial settings.
Knowledge of Saskatchewan Employment Standards and HR best practices.
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and solid Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service to employees and leaders.
