Possess a minimum of two years of employment law practice experience and be able to make a positive contribution to a firm culture emphasizing collegiality, mutual respect and team building between lawyers and staff.Legal research, Writing, and Document drafting skillsExperience in labour, employment, and litigationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsClient management and Communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolExperience with wrongful dismissal matters and employment contractsA member of positive standing with the Law Society of Britsh Columbia
