The role involves working outdoors, at heights, and in cold environments, ensuring that all tasks are performed at the physical site.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces for painting
Repair cracks and holes in surfaces
Mix paint to required color and texture
Erect scaffolding and attach rigging for safety
Apply wallpaper and other wall coverings accurately

Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate
At least 7 months to 1 year of painting experience
Proficient with airless spray equipment and brushes
Ability to handle up to 50 lbs during tasks
Robust client interaction and advisory skills
