Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for acute home treatment team
Foster collaboration between hospital and community health services




Manage recruitment and performance of medical professionals
Engage in supporting clinical learners and research
Commit to three half-days of clinical psychiatric work weekly

Requirements:
Current CPSBC Provisional License necessary
Community mental health experience is essential
Ability to provide culturally safe care for diverse populations
At least one year of working experience with MHSU
CMPA membership is compulsory
