As a Full time Regular Manager, ERP Finance Systems, you will report to the Associate Director and oversee finance operations and support governance. Your responsibilities will focus on enhancing service delivery, maintaining accurate financial data, and optimizing stakeholder engagement. Solid leadership in this role is critical to balancing daily operations with peak reporting and testing cycles.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily ERP Finance functional support and service delivery. • Lead the ERP Finance team for timely issue resolution.



• Align ERP priorities with Financial Operations and fiscal timelines. • Monitor service standards and manage escalations effectively. • Identify and recommend improvements for ERP Finance processes.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field. • Minimum 7 years in finance operations or ERP systems. • At least 3 years of leadership experience. • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials or similar ERP systems. • Skills in process improvement and analytical problem-solving.
