Candidate must work in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month.

Ideal Salary: CAD 110K-120K (Depending upon the experience)

Must Have:
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in program and project management, with demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale digital initiatives.
Post‑secondary education in Technology, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Manager are considered assets.
Deep expertise in delivery methodologies including Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Dev Ops, and hybrid approaches.
Proven ability to lead complex programs with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and high visibility.
Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills,



with a track record of building consensus, negotiating outcomes, and driving change.
Advanced communication, facilitation, prioritization, and organizational capabilities.
Experience in conflict resolution, process reengineering, and enterprise transformation.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results independently or collaboratively in quick‑paced, ambiguous settings.
