This HR position supports OVG’s People Operations team, facilitating essential HR functions at the Temple Gardens venue. You’ll collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations and drive positive employee engagement initiatives. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues proactively
• Facilitate onboarding and training for current employees




• Provide insights on employee perks and development plans
• Produce HR reports and maintain accurate employee records
Requirements:
• 3–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in entertainment
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
• Capability to thrive in rapid-paced settings
• Experience with HRIS systems, iCIMS knowledge a plus
