As the Environmental Services Manager, you will report to the Executive Director and play a critical role in maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. You will oversee hiring, staff development, and compliance with Ministry requirements. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence and a secure home for all residents while managing departmental budgets and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a secure setting for residents
Manage hiring and performance of departmental staff

Requirements:
Post-secondary studies or Environmental Services certificate
