Ce poste consiste participer diverses activits de production et d''emballage dans un environnement de fabrication propre et hautement rglement.

Les candidats doivent tre l''aise de travailler dans une usine o les plants de cannabis sont transforms.

Par consquent, une odeur prononce et constante de cannabis est prsente dans l''ensemble des aires de production.

Principales responsabilits Participer la transformation, la manutention, au tri et l''emballage des produits du cannabis.

Inspecter les produits afin de s''assurer qu''ils respectent les normes de qualit.

Alimenter les quipements de production en matires premires et retirer les produits finis. tiqueter, emballer et prparer les produits pour l''expdition.

Maintenir un espace de travail propre et organis conformment aux Bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF).

Respecter toutes les politiques de sant, de scurit, d''hygine et de sret de l''entreprise.

Effectuer des tches rptitives avec un souci constant du dtail.

Accomplir toute autre tche lie la production selon les besoins du superviseur.

Qualifications Une exprience en fabrication, en production, en entrept ou en travail gnral est considre comme un atout.

Capacit travailler dans un environnement dynamique et au rythme soutenu.

Excellente attention aux dtails et capacit suivre des instructions verbales et crites. tre fiable, ponctuel et avoir une excellente assiduit. tre en mesure de demeurer debout et de marcher pendant la majeure partie du quart de travail.

Pouvoir soulever frquemment des charges pouvant atteindre 11 kg (25 lb) . tre capable d''effectuer des mouvements rptitifs des mains et des bras, ainsi que de se pencher, s''tirer, tourner et effectuer de lgers soulvements tout au long de la journe.

English Production Associates Pay Rate: Day Shift: $17.00/hour Afternoon Shift: $17.50/hour Kelly is currently recruiting Production Associates to support our client at their cannabis processing facility in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec.

This role involves assisting with various production and packaging activities in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a facility where cannabis plants are processed.

As a result, there is a noticeable and consistent cannabis odour throughout the production areas.

Key Responsibilities Assist with the processing, handling, sorting, and packaging of cannabis products.

Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.

Feed materials into production equipment and remove finished products.

Label, package, and prepare products for shipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Follow all company safety, hygiene, and security procedures.

Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Support other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labour experience is considered an asset.

Able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining attendance.

Standing and walking for the majority of the shift.

Frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs (11 kg).

Repetitive use of hands and arms- Bending, reaching, twisting, and light Work Environment A solid cannabis smell is present throughout the facility due to the nature of the work.

Temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.

Employees must comply with strict hygiene, sanitation, and security requirements.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided as required.
