THE ROLE

We're looking for a sharp, decisive Senior Underwriter to take ownership of credit decisions across our deal flow. You'll assess risk, structure approvals, and work closely with our network of brokers and service providers to approve good deals rapid — and stop bad ones faster.

This is a high‐impact role where commercial instinct, precision, and pace are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead underwriting and deal sign off on deals up to £1,000,000 (GBP), $1.5M (AUD) and $1M (CANADIAN)
Analyse presented financials, bank data, and open banking feeds to assess creditworthiness as well as recommendations from our network of service providers
Apply credit risk policies while spotting smart exceptions




Structure offers that balance speed, risk, and commercial value
Escalate and advise on edge cases and complex scenarios
Ensure underwriting documentation and CRM accuracy is kept up to date by service providers
Coach junior underwriters and support continuous credit policy refinement
