Lead the Property Accounting team with mentorship
Oversee financial reporting and quarter-end closes




Evaluate metrics such as SANOI and AFFO for insights
Collaborate across teams for budgeting contributions
Discuss controls and audit engagement with auditors Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in property accounting
Proven financial reporting expertise
Solid leadership and development skills
Familiar with budgeting and financial partnership processes
