Key Responsibilities:
Learn and implement the Customers for Life sales process
Profile and advise prospective customers effectively
Collaborate with Sales Agronomist(s) for expert advice
Manage and review customer accounts frequently
Forecast revenue and manage inventory effectively
Requirements:
Three or more years of sales experience in agriculture retail
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Agriculture preferred
Solid organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with technology and social media tools
Valid Class 5 driver's license
