and auto lines • Analyze portfolio results to meet profit and growth goals • Offer exceptional service and support to assigned brokers • Mentor and train junior underwriting staff as needed • Conduct peer quality control audits and maintain compliance
Requirements: • University or College degree • CIP designation required, CRM or FCIP as an asset • Minimum 5 years of underwriting experience • Solid communication skills for collaboration • Ability to manage relationships effectively
