Key Responsibilities:
Partner with AVP on strategic roadmaps and business outcomes
Conduct growth opportunity assessments and market analyses
Lead annual planning and budget management processes
Develop executive-level presentations and business cases
Coach and develop a cooperative high-performing team
Requirements:
10+ years in strategy or business management
Proven ability to translate strategic plans into execution
Robust financial acumen and budget management skills
Experience in the insurance or financial services sector
Demonstrated leadership in building effective teams
