About the Role

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Operating Officer to serve as the operational leader and strategic second-in-command. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the business and guiding the organization through its next stage of growth, innovation, and operational scale.

This role is pivotal in integrating and leading multiple functions, including sales, production, client services, digital marketing, content operations, and business development. The President/COO will ensure operational discipline, cross-functional alignment, and executional excellence,



with a strong focus on supporting revenue growth and organizational scalability.

The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a background in business, operations, marketing, and/or sales, with significant senior leadership experience in a related workplace. They should possess a robust commercial acumen, a proven track record in scaling complex service businesses, and experience in driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of media, digital marketing, and content distribution, as well as experience in implementing systems and processes for operational efficiency. The candidate should be adept at leading diverse teams, fostering a performance culture, and be comfortable operating within a founder-led, entrepreneurial setting.

Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills are essential, as is the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
