Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice on employment law issues, including workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage disputes.Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law to support client cases.Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently when possible.Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings as necessary.Stay updated on changes in employment law to provide accurate guidance to clients.Collaborate with other legal professionals and network to build clientele.Requirements
Must be licensed by the LSO.Must have three or more years of employment law experience.Solid research skills with proficiency in legal research tools.Excellent writing skills for drafting transparent and persuasive legal documents.Robust negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Benefits
