Enhance the lives of patients at Deer Lodge Centre as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) focused on chronic care and complex conditions. Provide comprehensive nursing services supported by an experienced healthcare team.

Reporting to the Manager of Health Services/Resident Care, you will be instrumental in administering care and treatment for patients with chronic illnesses. Your role involves collaboration with a range of health specialists, along with the oversight of support staff and students.

Be prepared for shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional nursing care to patients/residents
Administer medical treatments as prescribed
Coordinate with healthcare professionals for patient plans




Supervise students and health care aides effectively
Participate in discharge planning for optimal patient transitions

Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
Active licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba
Experience with geriatrics and chronic care
Solid communication and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to operate in a rapid-paced healthcare setting

Support patient health and collaborate across teams as a valued LPN at Deer Lodge Centre.
