• Assist in executing programs from demand through to shipment • Track OTD performance and support delivery recovery actions • Coordinate meetings and action follow-ups across departments • Maintain operational dashboards and KPI reports • Engage in root cause analysis and promote continuous improvement

Requirements: • Solid experience in program coordination or operations management • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives • Knowledge of ERP systems beneficial • Permanent Residency or Citizenship in Canada required
