As an experienced Health & Safety Advisor, you will be pivotal in implementing robust safety protocols. You will work with diverse teams and ensure compliance with regulations and Ledcor's safety management systems. This site-based role requires tactical problem-solving and robust relationship-building skills to foster a safe work workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and discuss potential hazards with supervisors
• Advise on the Health and Safety Management System
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements




• Assist in hazard assessments and incident investigations
• Conduct HS&E; Orientation for current employees and subcontractors
Requirements:
• 5+ years in heavy civil, mining, or related field
• CRSP or relevant safety certification required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; valid driver’s license
• Experience in risk assessment and safety training
