Job Details Location: Saint-Hubert, Qubec (near Quartier DIX30) Rate: CAD $23-$26/hour + Commissions $ Type: Full-time Start: As soon as youre ready What Youll Be Doing Provide fast, professional solutions to client inquiries via phone, email, chat Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions Document requests in our support system and route them appropriately Create informative self-help content (written & video) for our community Assist brokerage implementations with a specialist as needed Develop recent business and renewals make recurring client calls, build lasting relationships Promote and propose our training courses Analyse client business needs and propose complementary solutions What Were Looking For Excellent communication skills in French & English ,
