Youll work alongside dedicated and results-oriented teammates.

You''ll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of technical publications and training activities across multiple projects.

Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, suppliers, project management), oversee a multidisciplinary team, and ensure deliverables meet quality and financial objectives, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of supervising up to three projects simultaneously while managing a team of up to 10 people, but also coordinating with stakeholders to meet delivery milestones.

Well look to you for: Monitoring technical publications and training activities for up to 1-3 projects simultaneously Supervising the work of a multidisciplinary team, including planning, coordination, and staff evaluations Communicating regularly with key stakeholders such as customers, suppliers,



and project management Assessing change requests and ensuring the quality of deliverables Reporting budgets to Project Managers and Services Managers Analyzing customer requirements and preparing bids (hours and cost) Managing training-related activities, including planning, logistics, and travel coordination Ensuring delivery milestones are met to achieve financial success for projects averaging $10 million Facilitating staff development, overseeing training, and managing succession plans Meeting, discussing, and negotiating with stakeholders to align customer expectations and Alstom objectives All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
