Key Responsibilities:



• Establish best practices for colour quality assurance • Forecast and develop colour direction for product collections • Collaborate with merchandising on retail assortment strategies • Mentor colour designers throughout the creative process • Create palettes informed by global trends and sociological insights

Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in colour design, including leadership • Solid knowledge and acuity in colour theory • Proven ability in delivering successful commercial collections • Expertise in Adobe suite for visual presentations • Awareness of retail buying processes and timelines
