You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to the Executive team, providing confident, commercially grounded leadership across the global People agenda.With an international workforce spanning multiple time zones, this role requires someone comfortable working globally including availability for occasional evening calls to connect with overseas colleagues.Key areas of focus include:
Providing strategic People leadership at Executive levelStrengthening governance,



compliance and risk frameworksLeading and advising on complex TUPE activityOverseeing a significant HR systems upgradeSupporting organisational design and workforce planningEnsuring global alignment while respecting local legislative requirementsWhat We’re Looking For
