This full time, permanent role supports the CFO in executing finance functionality within Covenant House Toronto. You will lead a Finance team while implementing systems that improve efficiency and data accuracy through tools like NetSuite and Power BI. Your focus will be on fostering team-oriented relationships to boost decision support and operational visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and mentor the Finance team for stakeholder engagement • Champion change management in systems and processes • Develop Power BI dashboards for financial insights • Support cash flow management for a $200M redevelopment • Oversee compliance for government funding agreements

Requirements: • CPA designation and relevant Bachelors degree required • 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience • Familiarity with NetSuite, Power BI, and automation tools • Experience in not-for-profit or multi-program settings • Robust analytical and communication skills
