DyCat Solutions is seeking a skilled skilled to support the delivery and advancement of modularization across heavy industrial projects. This role focuses on guiding project teams through training, project reviews, and evaluations, while supporting module concept development and improving overall project execution.
The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing best practices in Modularization and Standardization, working closely with companies to drive consistent, efficient, and high-quality outcomes across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Perform modularization reviews and provide clear, practical feedback to improve project outcomes
Guide and support project teams in applying modularization best practices
Assist in the development of modular concepts
Facilitate modularization training sessions and workshops
Support the development and continuous improvement of modularization training programs
Contribute to the creation of online modularization training tools and content
Support modularization-focused conferences, presentations, and research efforts
Skills and Experience
10–15+ years of experience in heavy industrial projects
Minimum 5+ years of modularization experience
Proven experience across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage planning through execution
Hands-on field experience in module yard and / or construction settings
Engineering degree is considered an asset, but not required
Experience in one or more disciplines such as mechanical, piping, process, electrical, or controls is preferred
Familiarity with standard design practices is an asset
