Your Responsibilities
You'll process full-cycle Canadian payroll using Dayforce (Ceridian) or a similar payroll system.
You'll validate payroll calculations, process adjustments, reconciliations,
and ensure payroll accuracy.
You'll prepare and administer Records of Employment (ROEs) while maintaining compliance with payroll legislation.
You'll investigate and resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies, providing timely support to employees and field staff.
You'll support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and accounting activities related to payroll postings.
You'll assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations.
Skills and Qualifications
3 to 5+ years of full-cycle Canadian payroll processing experience in a high-volume environment.
Robust knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, including CPP, EI, income tax deductions, WSIB, and ROE administration.
Experience using Dayforce (Ceridian) or a comparable payroll system.
Accounting experience supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
