As an experienced HSE Superintendent, you will oversee HSE operations, ensuring adherence to regulations, conducting risk assessments, and coaching teams in safety practices. This position requires a solid commitment to safety and entails both field and office work.

You will play a critical role in engaging with teams to achieve Target Zero and improve HSE culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE management system across assigned rigs
Conduct regular rig visits and coaching for safety compliance
Facilitate hazard assessments and incident investigations




Monitor HSE performance using real-time data tracking
Engage in employee training and ensure safety standards adherence

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas industry
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and data analytics
Safety tickets including H2S, First Aid, and WHIMS
Prior experience in wellsite leadership preferred
Robust critical thinking and integrity
