Insight Global is seeking a QA/QC Engineering Lead for a leading industrial client. This individual will act as the quality authority across a portfolio of multidisciplinary engineering projects, ensuring that all engineering deliverables, project activities, and contractor work meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will develop and implement quality management strategies, oversee inspections and audits, review technical deliverables, and drive consistency across multiple engineering disciplines. This role requires a robust background in industrial project delivery, quality systems implementation, technical leadership, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented engineering qualified who thrives in complex settings and is passionate about building a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline)10–15 years of engineering experience,



including substantial QA/QC experience on industrial projectsSignificant experience implementing QA/QC systems and quality management frameworksExperience managing quality throughout multidisciplinary engineering projectsExperience supervising engineering consultants, vendors, and contractorsStrong experience working in industrial environments (mining or heavy industry preferred)Ability to structure and implement robust quality assurance and quality control processesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience supporting projects across all engineering phases:Detailed EngineeringAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with changing prioritiesStrong leadership and stakeholder influencing skillsExcellent communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and organizational skillsBilingual in French and EnglishNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
